Sound traveled easily between rooms as well, which detracted from overall comfort.

the views are nice, but the Napoleon Suite's fridge was warm and lacked even water! To top it off, the staff were hard to find during breakfast. I thought I’d deserve at least an upgrade after such inconveniences, but no, just mediocre treatment. I almost considered writing a good review, but just couldn’t. Unbelievable.
